How long will my birdie bread last in the freezer? I only have one bird, so if I make a huge batch will it go bad before he can eat it?

Also... do you guys have any other recipes for me to try... my bird won't eat pellets! He is going through a hard time right now so I would really like new and fun recipes for us to try and cheer him up!

I just ordered a cookbook from amazon but I haven't used it yet. It looks like a lot of great recipes.

Amazon.com: The Healthy Bird Cookbook: A Lifesaving Nutritional Guide and Recipe Collection: Robin Deutsch: Books

Kermit also likes sweet potato puffs. The site is down right down. They were very simple. If you want the link I can put it up later.

I only had one bird until last month. I usually keep them about a month in the freezer. Sometimes I throw the last few out. It really isn't very expensive when you use the jiffy. I basically just use what I have laying around.
