hi all,
well, i will receive cockatiel within this week. well, a humble doubt, that,

by getting the bird, i have to tie those two wings, and have to place inside the cage or i can keep out side?? when onwards i can start trying to tame/or train??
as i am in india, what i can give then as loving food?? the ever first, how i can build trust with the stranger bird??

be kind to guide me everything, by just considering me as a very fresher, here in this kind.
