Cage Decision?
Help! I have been wanting to get a new larger cage for my GCC. He is just over a year and a half and I have had him since he was 4 months old
I have looked at several different cages and now I am down to these. Any suggestions on which you personally think would be the best for him?
The first is a large corner cage with actual cage space dimensions of 36 x 24 x 45. link
The 2nd is a wrought iron playtop with actual cage space dimensions of 24 x 22 x 31. link
The 3rd is dome top wrought iron with actual cage space dimensions of 24 x 22 x 38.5. link
And the 4th is powder coated flat top with actual cage space dimensions of 31 x 21 x 35. link
I am currently leaning towards the dome top because I like that it is off the ground(I have other pets that like to wander around and sniff the cage), has a seed guard, and well... I like dome tops, hehe. Is a seed guard really necessary...? I know they help to keep things clean, but do they really make much of a difference?
What would be the mininum dimensions of a cage if I were to have two GCC?
Thank you SO MUCH.
