most babies are clumsy and thats just part of growing up. Dont let Pip get onto high places where a fall could hurt him. Its best to keep him in low places right now. Definately let the bird be flighted, because that will teach him balance and he wont fall anymore. Its important for the bird's clumsiness.
Its perfectly normal, though. Just watch him carefully.
