Congrats on you new baby & welcome to our forum!! Waiting can be so hard but well worth the wait for a lifetime friend. If you decide to get a DNA the company that runs them is in Florida and they only charge $19.50 so your pet store is making quite a profit on the buyer.. If you are not going to breed there is no real reason to know. I got the DNA on Echo because I just wanted to know. I just sent a DNA on my baby cockatiel and should have the answer before the end of the week. I want to know for the tiel so I know what to expect since she/he is now in the same cage as my male...
