No :) , I personally can't be a judge (yet) cause I got a ways to go myself but I am working on it as we speak. I'm sure we could find a panel of judges in each city that would qualify though.......... Now put that cigarette down and start thinking up your ten and please don't make freedom to smoke where ever ya want, one of them.

I personally will edit out my post completely when you do yours or maybe the mods will clean out the thread periodically to save others from spending too much time reading over the additional comical stuff. Just a suggestion there. 8)
......... Or maybe we can create a separate thread to accomodate side comments/related jokes.
