How Many Times

Could anyone tell me how many times a day should an African Grey be fed? In the morning I feed him fresh peppers(Yellow & Orange), Grapes or whatever fresh fruit or veggie I might have on hand, and a little bit of cherrios, then I usually put a tip of a knifes worth of peanut butter on the edge of his dish(He loves Peanut butter) and thats it for the morning, is there anything else I should give him during the day?
