Hi could ag owners tell me specifically what you do to deal with the dust?I saw an add for a playstand with water circulating under it . does anyone use this?I was wondering 1,if it works and 2,is it loud ?Thanks

From what I have heard of the water cleaner, it's quiet... however I don't know how efficient it is....
Many who have dusty birds tend to do frequent cleaning, have air cleaners (ionizers are hazardous), HEPA vacuums... some may even spray the cage papers before cleaning... thus to keep the dust/feathers down.

Hepa filters and daily cage cleaning is the best. However, a dusty grey is a HEALTHY grey.

Thanks for the replies! Im getting a parrot soon and think Ill get a pionus or timnea,both are hard to find where i live.since its the season for babies ill keep checking the bird stores to see whats around . I love my friends timnea and she doesnt bother my allergies but its a consideration for me. I get hayfever and if I get a grey I know ill have to be super diligent about cleaning.
