my two grey's

Hi grey people I have a ? and hope you can help,Simon is 2.6 and Rico is 4.6,Simon was here ist and is DNA'd Male,Rico is ?? at ist Simon was very scared of Rico and if Rico came onto his cage he would run all over the cage to stay away Rico didn't really chase him but was just looking at and playing with Simons stuff, recently Rico stands on the budgies cage and Simon on his and they kind of take turns bobbing back and forth at each other no screeching or yelling just an occas playing noise like they do if they are playing alone with something hanging near the cage,is this the beginning of aggression? playing? courting? what do you all think????

If its what I see with my guys, its aggression.
There are certain types of bobbing, but when my guys see eachother or, thier reflection in a mirror, they will bob, and its a precurser to me getting bit if I dont recognize whats going on around me.
