not going to bed!

Hi all Rico has started a new thing he doesn't want to go nite nite ,he has started flying to the front window, sitting on the rail looking out,I thought it was because of a storm last wk,so i let him stay for a few min and put everyone else to bed then him,it took a min or two but he stepped up and went to bed after a few cuddles,NOW he flies to the window and doesn't want to step up and even pinches my finger and hand the most aggressive he has ever been,he did step up last nite but it took forever! what going on is he just being a bad birdy?

Sorry I can't help you, I am currently waiting for my baby grey. I am far from an expert, but it sounds to me like he is trying to be the boss..lol. My birds are usually happy to go night night, but maybe it is where you have the cage, or he wants to be a part of the activity. I am sure someone will jump on and help you out. Best of luck!

Emma is doing the same thing lately.
Something could have spooked him in the cage, and thats why he doesnt want to be in there. I am working on the same issue with Emma for the past month.
