Talking Amazing change in attitude

I wrote in last week saying that I had my CAG's winged clipped and that he was not impressed and became quite aggressive towards me. Well, this last week I have tried keeping things as normal as they were before his clipping in spite of his nasty behaviour. He has started coming around again and is even friendlier than before the clipping. I was quite concerned about his aggression immediately after the clipping and worried he had lost his trust in me. He now comes to me when I call. I sit on the floor and he spends time right next to me, this is something he wouldn't do before. Unfortunately, he still has the urge to bite if I try to get him to step-up but I am not rushing him into it. I am just pleased that he is no longer afraid to be near me.

How old is she? Are you sure she isn't in hormonal season? Just a thought. My U2 was terrible for 2 weeks (normally such a sweet heart) well come to find out she was and still is hormonal!

congrats....this usually happens after a clipping, but as you see, they get over it.

They are such funny creatures. I've never seen a species "hold a grudge" like an exotic does. LOL

I know quakers at least get angry and act depressed for a few days once you clip their talons
