Hi ,

I have a question about Ozzie, female, and Sammy male.
They spend alot of time together in the same cage. Ozzie will be 2 in August and Sammy 2 in December. At what point do I need to worry about possible mating??
My understanding is 3-5 years old. I do NOT want any hanky panky going on. So do you guys think its still ok at this point?? And no they are NOT bonded to the point that they can't be separated. Any advice?

I have no advice for you Jer, just wondering if they've been saying any words yet??

If you don't want them to mate, I would keep them housed in seperate cages. Playtime together is fine, however.

Yes,
They started talking about a month ago. Both of them. Its SO much fun.
But if you find some of my past posts, you will see that I thought they would NEVER talk.
