Once again, PVC pipe

What diameter PVC pipe are you all getting, to make the stands ?

Getting set to order some Vet wrap

Also is there a thread on homemade toys. Ones that people have made for their loved ones ?

The vet suggested a cup (like used for ice cones, whatever there called) filled with treats/food for her, something she can shred with delight. Alright come on really where do I find those cups What other cups/paper do you allow your babies to chew up ?

Thanks you all, in advance

Your vet is referring to cake cups that you make ice cream cones in. The ones with the flat bottoms work best. Your bird can eat its treats and the container. You can find them in any grocery store usually near the ice cream aisle.

As a rule of thumb, perches should be about 1/3 larger than the grip span of your bird's foot.

Check the section called "DIY". It has some ideas. There is also a site on the internet specifically for making bird toys. I will see if I can locate it. I'll have to do a search.
