Timmy the comic

Timmy has now learned the oven timer beep sound. The wife has been baking cookies all this afternoon. Now Timmy a few minutes before the timer goes off will beep. as well as you know how you set the time how it beeps each new setting, he mocks this as well.

So it has been a very amusing afternoon. I just sit in here watching as the wife goes to get the cookies out, Just to find out the timer hadnt went off. It was rather funny the first few batches after he learned. Cause the wife hadnt caught on.

Zoey is being a ham herself today. She is just trying her best to talk. She will go through all ranges of sounds tryin to find her voice. She is still saying Hello with the occasional good girl. She seems to want to do so much more. Plus she came down again on to my desk today to go after my laptop, camera cable, remote controls and so on. So we played tug a war with the equipment today. She found it rather amusing.

Very cute story!
Pebbles has learned how to make the squeek of the french doors that lead to the porch! Hubby got out of bed 3 times the other day, thinking someone was in the house, only to hear Pebbles making the noise! Needless-to-say he wasn't impressed, but I laughed my butt of when he told me about it!

Household sounds are Ollie's specialty. She has the microwave beep, the oven beep, the laundry machine beeps, the sound of water coming from the facet, the squeak of the cabinets and doors (2 different sounds!), and the telephone ring down pat! She is even starting to "knock" on the door! She has fooled me many a time with her array of noises!!

LOVE the stories! My youngest daughter thought I kept calling her the other day when I wasn't. Turned out our amazon, Caesar, was mumbling, and she thought that it was me calling her. She said "what, mom?" about 7 times in a row with me repeating "I didn't call you". LOL! Pretty darn funny how these feathered clowns fool us.

I am so used to Stella ringing like my phone... I plugged in a 2nd phone so I can hear 2 rings. One is in the other room. She hasn't learned to throw her voice yet.
I was at a friends house yesterday and her phone rang.... I thought it was Stella for a moment!

That is to funny!! Mine haven't learned any of those sounds yet thank goodness. If mine learned the dryer beep one of my poor Chihuahua's would be in constant fear. He's scared to death of that beep. He jumps everytime it goes off. Crystal

Timmy is settling in fine, now. We hope the original family doesnt re-contact about him.

Just like humans they have their own personality. Timmy loves for the wife to hold him occasionally. He doesnt care for anyone else to do so. Likes to mainly be left a lone and chat to you while you are in the other room. Seems Timmys main food was nuts before, not anymore. He is now on Zupreems/veggies, he took right to it.

He knows each of our names now. He also does something really cute and comical. The wife was cleaning the closet and after hearing me cough, she started chatting up a storm. Just to find out it was Timmy who now mocks my cough. She asked Timmy if he was getting sick, he coughs and answers ya. So now everyone is doing this with him.

He also yells for my oldest, she normally makes them fresh veggies. So we know when he wants them.

One last thing,on nuts. When Timmy was on just nuts, he had a odor. A very funky odor, Son would complain. (since he is in his room) Since switching Timmy to Zupreem/veggies this odor has disappeared. The only time they get nuts now are rewards thats it. Zoey gets one at bedtime to go into her bedroom (cage). BTW the reward didnt work to well last night. She didnt want to goto bed. Took me 45min to get her to do so.

Wait until you actually do call your daughter, and Caesar answer with "what mom".... that'll be funny!!!
