Update: Been awhile

Trinity- yorkie, has Pancreatitis. Not allowed that first scrap of our food. Not 100% healed but kickin. She is a survivor.

Zoey (CAG)- Doing great speaking more and more as the days pass by. Favorite word at this time "peek-a-boo". Also says "Whatcha doin", "Hello", "Hi", "I love you" seems to love to go in a corner far away from everyone and practice new words before she says them loud enough for us to hear.

Favorite toy my gun safe!!!! , yes she likes to open her bedroom door (cage) far enough for her to be able to peck at the electronic lock on it. (beleive she enjoys the beeps it does).

Bad habit: Timmy (TAG) has taught her the oven beep.

Timmy (TAG)- 8yrs old no-known birth date as far as month and day. So we made his birthday date January 15th, so it's coming up.

He is opening up more and more as time passes by. Now speaks when we are in the room with him. So we no longer have to hide for him to speak.

Bad habits: Learned how to make the fire alarm sound, only does it on occasion. Teaches his sisters Trin/Zoey bad habits. With Trin, Timmy will drop food for her, quite purposely I will add. With Zoey as stated above taught her the oven beep sound.

Timmy has always allowed for my wife to hold him. She has been the only one to be able too. Atleast until the day The last couple of weeks Timmy has been flying into different rooms of the house. Never really paid much attention to it. However the one thing that has been consistent it has been a room I was in.
Tonight he flew into the backroom where I was at. So I walked into our bedroom to get the wife and into the kitchen. Where behold Timmy flew into from the backroom. He landed on the kitchen counter next to me. He raised his claw for me. So I put my hand down where he then climbed onto my hand.
I did not press my luck with him. I did praise him as well as treat him after I sat him down on his gym.

Timmy has been taking food from my hand gently for a month. He always loves to observe me carrying around his sister (Zoey). So it must of opened him up to me as well.

I'll stop writing the book for now However those that are about to adopt a older CAG/TAG. I just wanted to let you know not to be afraid to take a chance. Timmy use to draw blood when I attempted to have him step-up on me. Then I quit trying to and allowed him to come to me, at his own pace. Trust me though it wasnt my plan, it just happened I was happy that he was allowing me to feed him with out tryin to assualt me. Just be consistent and take good care of them and the rest will work out itself.
