Please answer, I really need help

The smoke detector is going off. We can't find out where it's coming from. Meanwhile, Alex (my TAG) is squawking his head off. We've tried to calm him down, but he just wants to bite.

Please help, its an emergency!

Remove the bird from your home immediately. You could have a bad wire burning in the walls or some other place that you don't yet see. I suggest you take cage and all and ask a neighbor to allow you to keep it there until you find the problem.

Before I read your post, though, we found out where the smoke alarm was. Nothing was burning, the batteries were just running low... :aiwebs_01

I will definately bring Alex to a neighbor's house if that ever happens again!
