Heartbreaking. I wish I could take this little guy. I really do, but the law is the law I guess. I hope he finds someone soon.

If Birds can not live together because one plucks another why don't people get two cages and separate them? I have seen and heard about bird not getting along before and I was curious if maybe the bird would shreik at each other if they were separated. Or maybe the owners don't have enough room to put the birds in seperate areas. Or is the social aspect? I am just curious, not judging just curious. i only have one bird and plan to keep it that way. I think my bird would only be good in a one bird household. It's a gut feeling i have, nothing factual, to base that on.

That poor thing, I sure hope some kind & caring person will give him a home. He needs some time to heal and someone who'll put him first.

where is the bird located?

What makes birds pluck their own feathers? I have 3 of my own & they have NEVER attempted to do that, either to themselves OR each other. But it was one of my biggest fears when I first decided to own birds, because without a doubt a bird that does that is unhappy about SOMETHING, right?
