It is an Aviator Harness. I bought it at a bird fair but you can get it online also. It was $30 but well worth it! I have tried the feather teather ones but I could never get the other birds to wear it (I think it may be too heavy). The harness comes with a DVD with about 40 minutes of instruction, watch the whole thing. It gives you exercises to do with the bird, which we did for about 3-4 weeks with Scarlett before putting the harness on. We also hung the harness on her cage and let get used to it, so she knew it wouldn't hurt her.

Thanks Tiffany. I get such great advice from you.
Are you the one who took the pics? Great photography! Scarlett is absolutely gorgious! I'm so pleased with my Meeka. I knew I was doing the right thing in adopting her, and she's really coming right along, thanks to all the great advise I get here on BB.

I took a couple and my husband took a couple. We also took her to the park this weekend, so here are some pics of that.
And i am so glad Meeka is doing good! She deserves a good home and she is definitley getting one!  Eyes closed on the statue, lol.  Evan put her in the cannon, lol. Don't worry it was clean.

Very cute bird. At 4 months old, do you hand feed her or is she weaned? Me and my wife brought our TAG home at about 3 months old and she was still being hand fed at that point.

What a Beautiful baby you have. Our 6 month old TAG, Poppy, let us put the harness on to bring him home, but he chewed at it the entire time. We thought about using a spray on the harness to keep him from doing that, but haven't tried it yet. For now he goes outside in a good size travel cage.
