How far do you think an African Grey Congo fly? Also is it Possible for a Congo to migrate with other bird's?
I need your help, because someone thinks they have my baby Dusty.

I would imagine they could fly pretty far. Especially if they got out and were scared and didn't know what to do. How far away is the person?

It's always possible that he didn't fly to the far place but was driven there. I wouldn't rule it out just because of distance. People are known to do crazy things, like find him and give him to someone who's traveling somewhere.

Be careful, don't let someone take advantage of you, if money come in, then watch out.

depends.

how old is the bird, is he in any way clipped?
where are you compaired to the person who has it?
I know of someone who did indeed drive a zon several states after they found it and kept it for a year before it got home to the right person.
However, you do have to watch for the people claiming to have him. There are very cruel people in this world. My friend lost hers, and I watched the nuts crawl out of the woodwork to scam her.
