This Must be a Grey Thing

I know birds sit on one leg when relaxed but I always noticed with Grey's they do this than more than most birds. Especially when they begin to get vocal. Bella is no exception to this rule as she talks, dances, and investigates a toy all on one foot. Talk about an amazing balancing act. Is there any reason that Grey's do this more than other parrots?

It must be a grey thing b/c Poppy does it and our previous tag, Paris, did it all of the time. Seems to be more when they are napping or getting ready to with ours though.

One foot..

Our CAG likes to hang up-side-down from my finger by one foot when we dance to rock music.

She nibbles on the toes of the other foot while hanging.

Maybe they are showing off...
