Riley did the cutest thing on Saturday.....

On Saturday, I took Riley to my parents house to visit. I had her on her gym next to my chair and she got as close to me as she could and I was giving her scritches. When I would stop she would stretch her neck as far as she could and try and get it under my fingers. If that didn't work then she would very gently grab one of my fingers in her beak and pull my hand towards her. I would intentionally stop just so she would do it. I wish I would have had my camera with me, but of course I didn't!

Awww, doesn't it make you feel special. I went to the bird store on Saturday and there was the sweetest Cockatoo. When I stopped in front of the cage that said "Careful, might bite", it reached through the cage bars to grab me so that I could give it scritches. Just melts your heart.
