My CAG is very sweet. When I start talking to her (telling her how much I love her and how wonderful she is, etc), she starts behaving strangely. She starts making a noise that sort of sounds like a kid makes when he/she is frustrated. I don't know that she's frustrated, she just makes a sound like that. uh,uh,uh,... sort of. Anyway, while she's making that noise her wings are drooped real low and she moves back and forth on her perch. After a minute or two she tries to regurgitate food for me. I know about the regurgitating as being a sign of affection, but I can't find anything about the other behavior. Does anyone's bird do this or know about this?

Its completely normal, and it's part of the mating ritual. She's loving ya(and really wants to!
