I am sure there will be someone else to back me up on this but what you are saying sounds like a blessing more than a problem. Pellets contain added nutrients that are found in fruits and vegetables but they are no substitute for the real thing. If she is eating her greens as if they were treats then it sounds like your feathery little friend is on a great diet.
I just wish my Charlie was so excepting of fruit and veg, I am still trying to get him to eat pellets. Any pointers on how I can achieve that??

I will agree that it's a great thing that she's eating her fruits and veggies with enthusiasm. But, I feel that pellets should be her main meal. Fruits and veggies are mostly water. Pellets are formulated to be more of a compleat nutritional meal for them.
I offer fruits, veggies, seeds as a side dish but I make sure my fids are eating pellets. Birds tend to naturally aviod pellets in favor of other foods. So you need to kind of coax or force them to eat pellets. |

If all food is readily available. They will eat what they want. Perhaps if they are in seperate bowls change them out. So that when the fruit is not available pellets are there.
