Was your mom around while they were delivering whatever? most likely that scared her more then the people and well mom mighta had something differnt on that also freaked her out.
Screaming is her way of letting you know she is afraid.

My mom wasn't around when the delivery men where here - once she started screaming I got her and held her and she was fine. I figured she was scared of what was going on and wanted to comfort her. My mom has only been around her twice, so she is new to her. She was just screaming when my mom was near her cage and I figured the scream was because she was scared, but I wanted to double check with the forum, in case it meant something else that I wasn't aware of.
