ajax makes sounds of these wild small birds he hears outside

i don't know what they are called...

he also thinks he's a UFO

even tho he is the same age as merlin
he hasn't really said a lot of words and the words he can say is not very audible

but with time he will learn some words

he's at a point now where he flies off hsi playtop and playstand every now and then and ignoring him is not discouraging him at all

he must really think he can fly wiht one flight feather

I love your birds name.
My bird only barks when my Great Dane Merlin barks. The first time we heard it we yelled "Merlin shut up" and realized he was sleeping behind the couch. Now she barks and say something that is supposed to sound like Merlin Shut Up its not super clear but is getting clearer. We have 5 dogs and she only barks when he does or at him to get his attention. She has recently started to howl when he does. Uhhhhhhhhhhhh. I didnt want another barker thats why we got a bird I guess we didnt think about it when we got a bird that was a talker.

Fawkes barks, growls, meows, moo's, clucks, screams like a young girl, does the ufo, the teapot, my canary...thankfully she has not picked up the conure screams..knock on wood! She has an awesome vocab, and it grows larger daily..Ive only had her about 3 months now but shes 5 years old...shes even making up her own songs now! LMAO!
