Question Sleeps like a Bat!?!?

I just got my grey two days ago, Issa is 11 months old. She stays on her perches during the day but the last two nights she has climbed up to the top of her cage and then hangs upside down all night. Is this normal?? I can't imagine this being comfortable but she stays like this for hours.

I will try to get some pics tonight. She also hangs upside down and swings like a pendulum when I play music she likes. She went crazy when I played Banana phone by Raffi for her. She swung back and forth so fast that she fell down to the bottom of the cage.

He he. That's actually pretty funny. My macaw does that, but not for hours. He does it to get attention and show off, but not to sleep. I'd love to see that!

It's very healthy for a male bird too do that, it is protecting it's cage or it is strecthing it's wing, and maybe it gets comfortable like it.
