Birds and candles
I'm buying a baby african grey and I burn tart candles in my home. I use the tarts that don't have a wick. Can I still burn lite smelling scents or not. I'm new at birds. Please help with any info you have or web sites that will explan this to me.

I only know of one possible candle that you can burn safely in your home with birds... Most all scented candles can be bad for birds... I'm not really sure what tart candles are, however, you could leave out some natural, fresh scents (lemon peels for example) to freshen up your house.

I am a huge candle lover, however, since bringing birds into my home I refuse to use them, any type. Candles are a huge no no around birds, no matter what type of candle. You also have to be careful when using cleaning products. We had a link around here somewhere - can anyone help me out here?
