yep they sneeze.
if you see discharge or its excessive, the you need to see a vet. but they do sneeze from time to time. I think the dust and or feathers tickle them as well.

scarlett, being an ekkie with her nare covered by feathers, sneezes a bit more than most birds I've ever had. With her, I think it's more "Oh my gawd there's a feather in my nose. . .get it out get it out!"
