Greys and other birds

We've had Simon for about 6 weeks now. He has settled in beautifully. We all love him and I think he likes us pretty well too My question has to do with how he and my gcc Georgia get along. Their cages are next to each other and each has a bird tree next to their cage. The way its set up they can pretty much reach each others cages and stands. I'm able to have both of them out at the same time but occasionally Georgia will invade Simons territory (his cage or tree) and then there is a bit of posturing and scuffling of beaks. I think Georgia (even though she is the one that seems to do more intruding) has gotten smart enough to move away from Simon if he comes too close so I don't worry too much. My question for those of you with multiple birds is this....Will they eventually come to an "arrangement" of respect and be able to be friends or should I count myself lucky that they can at least be out together without going for one another? I raise dogs and see that with canines, that initial scuffle will often settle matters and establish harmony within the pack. I know that birds aren't dogs, but wonder if there is a parrallel. Not that it matters much, I don't particulary need them to be friends. I just find their body language fascinating. I know they are sending mesages to each other but I'm pretty clueless as to what it means. I'd love to have a clearer understanding. Georgia will do a lot of strutting with her tail spread and feathers fluffed. If you are holding both birds (one on each hand) there is some mutual head bobbing and sometimes Georgia will lean toward and away from Simon rapidly (kind of a lateral bobbing). It all looks like displays of warning to me. I should note that even though the birds are named Simon and Georgia, we've not DNA'd either. Simon is 2 and Georgia is 6 months.

Any insights?

my tiels are free flighted and my greys are out with them every day,my Simon shares his food cage and water with them,he grabbed one tiel one time and flung her off the play stand she was not injured, except her pride,my other grey lunges at them but they know this and flit away if he is in the cage and they land on his boing outside the cage he tries to shake them off of it,my nanday has never been bothered by either one of them,I'm sure this is not the norm, but it has worked out with them all for 3 years

My CAG doesn't mind the other birds unless I am giving one of them attention or food. Other than that he just imposses his boundries and they do the same. He is the only bird in the Aviary that I out in a cage at night and is not full flighted (one day I hope). I put him in at night for his protection not theirs. He tends to get startled and fall.
So all in all my CAG does fine with other birds.

I have Cosmo the Cockatiel and Martini my TAG and while I would say they are definitely not best buds, they tolerate each other and hang out around each other all the time.

Martini does get terratorial occasionally, but Cosmo is quick to move out of the way. Cosmo is older and wiser and Martini is just a young bird. You can see it in their eyes, I swear.

Still they are never allowed together alone, just in case. Martini's beak is a fearsome looking thing.

I have a CAG, LSC, and an Ekkie.... My Grey is not a jealous one at all. I haven't noticed a difference when giving the others any more attention than her.

My grey and blue & gold macaw get along. Of course, Cheyenne mainly tolerates him, but doesn't snap or anything. Quite often I will see Oscar and CHeyenne together in her cage eating.

I'm too frightened to let Gonzo too close to my lineolated Goober. When I got Goobs I asked the bird guy about letting the two of them be together and he looked at me out of the corner of his eye and said quietly: "big bird eat little bird". That answered that question.

However, Gonz does get right up to Goobs cage and Goobs FREAKS OUT and tries to throw down with Gonzo. I don't think they'd play nice together outside the cage.
