Parrots are the composters of the rainforest. It's their nature to do that. If it hits the walls and sticks to them, you can attach acrylic sheets to the walls, or put up shower curtains, perhaps in a jungle motif. If you have the cage on carpet, you can buy one of those plastic things for under office furniture, or make something out of plywood that you stick vinyl or ceramic tiles to to place under the cage to protact the carpet, make sure it's big enough to encompass the "flinging area". Get used to lots of cleaning or get a dog that likes to snack on discarted bird food.
