Another Cage Question

We're looking at 2 HQ cages. They're both dome top. One measures 70hx40dx40L with inside height of 51.5. The other is smaller and measures 66hx23dx32L with an inside height of 41. The larger of the two has horizontal bars all around it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!
lori

The other cage actually measure 67Hx24Dx36L and has horizontal bars all around. It opens at the top, however, we would keep it closed.

i dont think it matters about the bar direction
tho i guess it would make adding toys and perches and acessories a bit easier for you

u gotta think about how easy the cage would be to clean once u h ave everything inside and stuff
