when does an african grey become fully feathered?

My african grey is going to be six weeks monday, and is growing like crazy. how old are they when they are fully feathered usually?

I'm not sure I would say in the next few weeks since I brought Echo home at 11 weeks and he was fully feathered. Someone else here will probably know the answer and will be along before to long.

My baby is 10 weeks and is just now fully feathered. He took his first flight a couple nights ago so even his flight feathers have come in. Only a couple weeks ago he had bald patches, but now he seems to have much thicker feathers and a longer tail.
