Palm Nuts!
I gave them their very first palm nuts this morning!
Mojo wasn't sure what to do with them, she stuck her beak in the bowl, pushed them about a bit then ignored them!  Shinda however relished them! Wet birdies just had their daily shower!    Oooo! Mojo is now having a chew on one of them so it looks as though they both like them!

Thanks for the link! I live in the UK though so probably need to order them from a supplier here
 I paid £8.95 for a 1kg bag... Parrot food, palm nuts, seeds, diet, african grey I think that's about the going rate here.

Great pictures again pippy you have very photogenic birds
Went searching for those nuts on Google and found they are selling them on E-Bay if anyone is interested palm nuts, Home Garden, Collectables items at low prices on eBay.co.uk

HI Guys...I sell them on my site <avianbid.com>, but they are queen palm fruit not the african oil palms...although everyone in my aviary loves them! They are very sticky though LOL!
