Mr. the fearless TAG

Yes I am starting to believe he is not afraid of anything. I hear and read about how Greys are afraid of things or at least cautious of new objects and people. Nope not mine LOL. The other day I was cautious when I got home from work because I let some of the kids I work with paint my face. Turns out he doesn't care at all what I have on my face, or what I have in my hair, or what clothes I wear. Even today it was crazy clothes and hair day at the school I work out, I have pipe cleaners in my hair and he doesn't even care.

I can bring home any toy and he will go straight for it. I give him anything to eat and he eats with out a fuss.

He happily goes to anyone who comes over to my house.

I know these are good things and I am thankful but I just find it funny. Anyone else have a fearless Grey?

Mojo and Shinda are fine with new toys, cage arrangements and food. I made a point right from the start of introducing new things to them very often. I'm hoping they will remain level-headed in this way as adults too. Time will tell!

Shinda is scared of my yellow laundry basket though and flies into the living room growling/screeching if I walk into the kitchen with it!

Shinda's fine with anyone who comes here, Mojo is rather more reserved.

Is it just the basket that Shinda is scared of or all things yellow?

LOL I know that people can have a fear of the color yellow.

O and Halo I hope that you finally catch that snake.

Hmmmm, not sure actually! He's not scared of yellow toys, lots of their toys have yellow on them. Maybe it's just the shape and size of it he doesn't like!

I've heard that TAGs are less freaky than CAGs. Bing is funny. I try to change things up with him to keep him used to change and he can be fearless in some ways and a complete fraidy cat at something completely innocuous. He's a nut (I probably am too).

My TAG, Rexxy, is a huge explorer. He loves new things. I cant even keep up with him. I am searching my daughters toys sometimes looking for something new for him. Now food he is a bit more, not to try, but we keep trying.

he will step up to anybody but petting him is a different story

at times he does show signs of being nervous when his chest feathers "shiver" a bit

but i have always told him everything is ok. no owwies (which means ot him nthing is gonna hurt him)
