Thanks for the update...
You would think 12 days is enough...but remember, even if the vet says its ok,,,keep it in teh back of your mind, how thin her skin is in the area, and the possiblilty of her rehurting herself. One of my friends greys reopened herself after flapping her wings. Poor girl was so happy to be free again, and was flapping in excitement, when the wound started to retear. Just keep her calm, and limited. Keep her close to the floor so she cant fall....you can even line the bottom with something so if she falls off teh pearch for whatever reason, the grate wont hurt her. Keep in mind if you line it, make sure it is nothing she can get her nails stuck in... Keep us updated on how she is.......
