I am looking for a AG, Amazon or cokatoo breeder in Ohio. I live 40 miles East of toledo and dont have a problem going into Michigan if I have to. Does anyone know of any around?

There are several breeders of all of the above mentioned birds in Ohio. Lori has a friend named Kelley that breeds amazons and other birds. I don't know if she breeds toos or greys. I've talked to her a couple times. She's really nice. She had a female panama I would have loved to buy. Sweetest amazon I ever met.

These people are awesome breeders of cockatoos: Hornbeam Aviary - Breeders of the Beautiful Cockatoo!

Another lady named Terri Vance breeds blue front zons. She's the president of the Mid American Exotic Bird Society. She harness trains her zon babies. Every one of them that I have met have been really sweet and friendly. president@maebs.com Is one of her email addresses.

If you don't mind a drive Hartman Aviary The Parrot University at Hartman Aviary has an open house every Saturday from mid April to October. You can see the adult birds and play with the babies. They breed all 3 of the species you mentioned. My blue front and nanday are from there. My mom's moluccan, Cece, is from there. I really like the head volunteer, Patsy. There's another lady named Carol who started volunteering there this year. I haven't met her but she's been really nice when we've chatted online.
Good luck!!!!

I have looked at the breeder website and found one here in Cincinnati that I think I will go through the website is Feathered Playpen, she has a really good rating from what I understand and she works with the birds with the intentions of them going to working homes (meaning the bird wont be stressed during the day thinking it's gonna get attention). Which I like because we don't plan on getting ours until I am done with nursing school which will be in another three years or so. She has both CAGs and TAGs, not sure about the other breeds. But I liked what I heard about this lady, she was even published in the local newspaper about how great she was. Hope this helps.
