Ow!!

Yep, that's Nori's new word. I threw my back out last Sunday and have pretty much been in bed ever since. Unfortunantly everytime I had to get up I usually said OW! so I was laying there yesterday not paying much attention to him when I hear him yell very loudly OW, OW, OW!!! He also started yelling my boyfriend's name seeing as he heard me do that quite a bit too which is pretty impressive seeing as how most people can't pronounce his name correctly, lol.

Oh, and since I have figured out he loves cheerios all I hear all day is "More Cheerios" over and over again...he's such a goof.

Nooo! every time i come on here, i keep hearing stories, and about people getting, my two dream birds! (BFA and a Grey!) and its not faaiiir. You all live just to torture me with the unfairness that I'll have to wait YEARS.

Nori sounds HILARIOUS. you're so lucky to have her - and i want pics! hehe

More torture for Emmilyy:

Sometimes when Bing is roughhousing and climbing around on my hands (using his beak as a climbing tool) I've been known to yell out 'ouch' which provided him with the drama reward we are warned against giving. He loves the word now and will say it appropriately right before he is getting ready to chomp down harder than is comfortable (he never breaks the skin...at least, so far). He is very funny. Sometimes he will say "gentle' when he is getting too rough in anticipation of me saying it.

As he gets older he is getting better about using the right words or exclamations in the right situation. These guys are killers.

Emmilyy, if it makes you feel better, Annie is still assessing the situation and is not really talking yet (although I have caught her mumbling). Also, I'm jealous of your dogs so you've got that on me. I want one bad.

haha, Both of your greys sound like so much fun!

And Annie sounds like a sweetheart - I'm sure she'll warm up more soon. She's so beautiful! I can't wait to visit Blue this weekend!

I'll take any dog at this point as long as it's nice.

I just watched "Beverly Hills Chihuahua" on DVD. I know, I know, it's a kid's movie but any movie with a talking dog, any animal really, is bound to amuse me. I loved all of the little chihuahuas running around in that movie. It makes me crazy to have none!

haha i watched that movie with my little cousin! They were all so cute! personally, my fave dog breeds are chihuahuas, boxers, and english bulldogs. But chihuahuas are deffinately the smartest ( i actually watched a show where it said they have the largest brain relative to body size of any dog!) If you want a dog so bad - check out a local shelter! I've always said that when i'm older and can get my own dog - i'm never getting one from anywhere else than a shelter, and no puppies. I'll get an older dog who deserves a chance (:
