Very interesting article, also strenghten me in my belief that the whole pet bird "industry" should slow down and give the poor babies a little more time with their parents (including letting the parents feed them) before flogging them off to new owners.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if we had *a lot* less "problem birds" as a huge benefit.
