Thanks for all the pointers everyone. I agree that he has most likely been on a very poor diet. He is finally eating a little now and we going to try to bathe him in a bit. Thanks for the tip with baby shampoo, I didn't know you could do that. I think a bath will definitely help him/her feel better. We got some new perches and toys today. Hopefully tomorrow we can find a bigger and better cage for him. We have been all over 2 counties today looking for a cage and nothing was big enough. Guess tomorrow it is a trip into Nashville.

I will definitely look at the diet you suggested so we can get him on something good for him.
