housing two Amazon`s

Hi i have a couple of questions i just got a yellow-naped who belonged to my farther and is real friendly and i own a yellow-crowned is it possble to house them together and what would be the best way to get them together right now 1 is upstairs and other is down stairs but they can hear each other and would i lose my abilty to handle either one of them
