okay my 2 year old was eating cinnamon banana bread and cinnamon applesauce and was feeding it to sweetie pie my double yellow headed zon didnt think anything was wrong with it til i read on here that cinnamon can cause problems is this true?

the cinamon is a kind of spice ,i think all spices r dangerous
