...that's wonderful!

Nope, I can't do that with Ever, but I found she'll tolerate me picking up her feet just long enough to quickly trim a nail should I need too...

...and boy, has THAT discovery made life more pleasant!

Liza Loo and Adora - definitely.
Andi - would terrify him beyond words.
Rico, Rosita, Kiwi and Lol-a - only if you have stock in a bandage company.

I should start working on that with Ollie. That would make clipping her nails a heck of a lot easier. I hate having to search through the towel for her little toesies! Actually, I'm considering moving a little closer to you so you could, ya know, give me a hand with her training and everything...

Actually, any advice you could give me would be great! She is fine when she is perched on my hand when I reach around and lay my other hand across her back to keep her wings down and keep her on my hand. I do this a lot when I take her to my house on the farm, because there are windows and ceiling fans, and I don't want her flying.

I'm sure your training will involve giving her lots of treats to reward her...she still doesn't really have a treat that she likes so much she will be distracted. And when she is upset, she wont eat no matter what it is! So that could pose a problem...

Can you pm me some tips too? I need to get my teils to allow me to hold them for nail trimming, I want to start doing theirs myself but Yuki bites REALLY hard when he's being held from behind. I know their beaks are tiny and they cant do much damage but it'd be nice if he would keep still. I want to do the nail clipping thing, but I'm terrified he'll squirm and I'll accidentaly cut one of his toes off :S
