Exclamation Picky Eater

I know, I know, zons usually are not picky eaters, but Paco Bird sure is! He came to me on a poor quality seed diet, so I switched his seed, started "phasing" out more of the junk food, like peanuts, and have TRIED a lot of different food items on him. Corn on the cob, birdie bread, bird carrot cake, homeade chicken noodle soup, lentil soup, sprouted seeds...
he does take quickly to cooked foods, and will eat some fruits and veggies, but I really want to expand his diet. This is a bird that *gasp* refuses to eat millet!
I try eating it in front of him, putting it on a skewer, playing you-cant-have-it games, etc...
ANY IDEAS? I am clean out, and I really am concerned about his eating habits. I recently got the Healthy Bird Cookbook, so I am planning on making a couple recipes from there...
any input greatly appreciated!

There is a wonderful article about using the 7 Layer Salad to convert a seed junkie. I have it on my home computer but not this one (at work). If you google it you may get it otherwiuse when I get home (not until midnight) I will try to remember to post it. Best of luck! I had great lucking converting my seed junkie's to pellets using FOundation Formula! Totally organic, too!
