Sleeping Outside of cage

None of my Amazons have cages at all, but they are in an enclosed room when I'm not home, and at night. Willow does like to fly to my bed and if I'm rading or napping I do worry I might accidently hurt her. Since it's much mor eimportant to me that she be able to fly, I don't have her loose in a room where I'm sleeping. But we are not fans of cages!

Kelly, I can assure you that traveling with multiple not-too-small fids can be done. It isn't easy, but it can be done. I actually sold my single-cab pick-up and bought one with an extended cab to have room for the cages on the back seat. Of course, an SUV would be ideal (right, Laurie?), but I need the hauling capacity of a pick-up.

My hat is off to those of you that travel with so many of your feathered friends. I don't know how you do it! I stopped doing that at 3! Maybe if someone was traveling with me, I could see it happening. But I have a real zoo at home by myself and can't imagine what that would be like as a road show!
