That would be cool, because I need to buy a cage for my new bird pretty soon, and if I could get a huge cage like that on discount, it would be pretty awesome! It would also attract more members!

phoenix: that company has pretty good prices on the cages anyway...so even if we don't get a birdboard discount, it's still the best prices that I could find...and I spent 3 mos. looking!

Hey Jess - a birdie bunk is just a bed - so they can get off their feet for a few, or cuddle up and sleep. Ramone is missing toes and arthitic, and spend a lot of time in one spot, so I want him to be able to stretch out and rest a bit. I have one I made for Maia that she sleeps on. The basic idea came from www.macawdreams.com - but mine is somewhat modified from their plan.
I'd love to see your little Tiki on one!

I am SO thankful for this guy! He has really blossomed too! I've had him in the kitchen nook the past day or so, while I've been preparing for today's dinner, and he has come right out of his shell. He's been a real chatter box! And what beautiful sounds he makes - makes me feel like I'm in the jungle! And much to our surprize - HE CAN WOLF WHISTLE!! I didn't know where it was coming from for awhile - as my cockatiel does it too - but was in the other room. That must mean that at some point he had to be someone's pet and learned it- or that he picked it up from Fluffy within a few days (which I doubt) but either way - it's been a pleasure to hear.
Here are a few pics of him getting a shower, eating from my hand, and his darling sibling Maia - who is so jealous she's started doing flips to get attention!
