Hi,

I'm frpm Pakistan. I recently bought a yellow naped amazon from a pet shop. the problem with my bird is that he does not say any thing not even whistle. I would really appreciate if you could advise me what to do.

hello people i have a mealy i got him last september not sure how old he is .the guy i had him off said he was 16 mths. he wont step up /he bites he will get on a stick. and when he wants a tickle he puts his head up the cage.he mumbles a lot .and i have only heard him say hello.we keep trying.and trying and trying.i dont no if he will talk i hope he will its getting me frustrated.

My Amazon never stops talking! but he always says the same things... hello, weeeeeeee, wow, and Momma. He's starting to try more words now though with his neighbor the CAG.

Its been awhile since i posted.Update on my bird.Ive had him for 5 months now and he has a vocabulary over 200.He talks in a womans voice old mans voice and so on and so on.Whistles a few tunes.I bet theres many words out there i havent heard yet.They just keep coming.
