i heard someone tell me this is a blue fronted amazon. so it a OWA or BFA?

I thought that BFA's had a lot more blue on the face. I think it's an OWA also.

Okay...found the differences and yours is definently an OWA. All the pics I found of both showed the same differences:
BFA: have blue right behind the beak, and yellow around the eyes
OWA: have yellow behind the beak, and blue around the eyes

On the left is a BFA, on the right is an OWA

It's sure not a blue front

Could be a OW-BF hybrid or OW ya never know the way some people breed nowdays LOL

You'll also notice that the BF has yellow markings on the 'shoulders' where the OWA does not, they're markings are orange and at about mid wing. I'm pretty sure that's the same bird in another post that was already said to be an OWA.

The other thing that you might notice on the difference is that BF have black beaks, and orange wings have black and horn colored beaks.
