Hi Christina

First, let me send you my sympathy on the loss of your family member. I have 4 parrots myself and I find it always less stressful for them to stay in their own home, if at all possible. If you have someone who can come in to feed and water (and remove a top layer of paper on the bottom of her cage) for Jezzabelle twice a day and talk to her then she will be much happier then with someone she doesn't know and at a strange house. Jezzabelle is sad too, she senses your emotions so, someone coming in to give her a smile and tell her everything will be okay, will also help her through this sad time. I wish you and yours comfort.

Lynda

Thank you for your well wishes. We leave tomorrow and we are having her stay here at the house. The ladie watching everyone came over yesterday for 4 hours and today for about an hour already. And will be coming by again tonight to visit. I am putting Jezzies food in bags with days to help keep the fruit and veggies the same way I do it. I also got lucky with a neighbor who likes TV but doesnt have cable and we do. We have a grate over the bottom pan and I am going to clean the cage tonight so it will be fresh. So I think Jezz should be good. She took a treat from her yesterday so Jezz is accepting that the ladie is alive. Now I just have to worry about the dogs. They work her over every time. She tells them to sit and they ALL look at her like my mom never taught me that. She knows better and makes them all do it anyway. But we will be back Friday.

Again thank you.
