I Adopted an Orange Winged Amazon

I took home Bob thursday along with a cockatoo, they were to be rehomed together because they are so close and pretty much in lov, although poor Bob seems more in love with her than she him. Bob is a hoot, he spends his time staring at Roxy, wolf whistling at Roxy and she pays him no mind. Poor Bob has it bad. He seems pretty friendly, he loves to talk..he loves to dominate any conversation, he does not even let you get a word in..lol. he lets me give him head scritches and when he has had enough he lets me know, he nips my hand away. He is looking alittle scruffy, missing top feathers thanks to roxy by over preening him, hopefully I can make a difference in his life and have him as a life long companion. he refuses to step off his cage and roxy's when I say so. how do I show him i am the boss? here is a pic of the little man:
