Sexual maturity

hi can someone tell me when parrots in general reach sexual maturity?i have a seven going on eight yeras old orange zon and i have rescued a african grey who has been with us a few months no.. they are not in the same cage...and she wont socilaize with him.. but has been acting different...in that.. biting when the fam are trying to get her to step up screaming and screeching for quite a while in the afternoon.. she has all the attention of before, but just wondered if the presence of him has brought on some breeding symptoms in her...or she might just be confused?lol or she is playing up for attention????
